Return Policy


All sales are final on products that have been opened or used. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or used items.


Unopened products may be eligible for return only if the return request is made within seven days of delivery. Returns requested after seven days from the confirmed delivery date will not be accepted.


Missing or Lost Shipments


Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, responsibility for mail transportation rests with the carrier. SKIN SUPERVISION is not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring in transit. Claims for lost or missing packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.


We are unable to control shipping times or carrier-related circumstances once a package leaves our facility.

International Orders


For all international orders, the purchaser is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.


Due to the complexity and cost of international shipping, we do not accept international returns. International customers are strongly encouraged to review their orders carefully and contact customer support with any questions prior to completing their purchase.
